ANDREW B. DORR was born in San Diego, California, and grew up in nearby Carlsbad. Andrew attended the University of Washington, where he majored in philosophy and political science. Andrew graduated with honors in 2014. While at the University of Washington, Andrew was an active member of the school’s parliamentary debate team and regularly traveled for tournaments. Andrew went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2017. While at USD, Andrew competed with the school’s Moot Court and Mock Trial programs. He was also an editor for the Journal of Climate and Energy Law. 

In addition to insurance defense, Andrew has experience practicing employment law, antitrust, and insurance subrogation. Andrew has been admitted to practice in California since 2017, and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and Northern District of California. 

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys hiking, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
