KAREN L. BILOTTI was born in Trenton, New Jersey. She received her B.A. in 1980 in Political Science from Oklahoma State University, where she was on the President’s Honor Roll. Karen then went on to attend the University of Tulsa, earning her J.D. in 1989. During law school, she was on the Dean’s Honor Roll, Trial Team, and was the recipient of the AmJur Award for Constitutional Law I. Karen was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989.

During her spare time, Karen enjoys hiking, biking, cross-training, reading and cooking.
